Cancellation Policy

At Himashailam Resort, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while considering the operational needs of the resort.

1. Standard Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to check-in:
    Full refund of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in:
    50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows:
    No refund will be issued.

2. Modification of Dates

  • You may request a date change at least 4 days before the check-in date.

  • Approval is subject to room availability and may involve rate changes for new dates.

3. Early Check-Out

Guests checking out before the confirmed departure date will be charged for the full duration of the original booking.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other events beyond control, Himashailam Resort reserves the right to waive cancellation fees, provide credits, or reschedule the booking.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
